Methods of payment

Credit Card

All purchases are completelysecure and are made via the Stripe payment system to protect your personal data and credit card details from unauthorised access.

After confirming your order on the website, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure servers, which process all major credit card transactions.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, PostePay and Visa.

On completing your order you will receive e-mail confirmation with your order number and a summary of yourorder. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section of MyAccount. 

PayPal Account

Pay conveniently and securely by logging into your PayPal account. After confirming your order on the website, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure servers, where you will be able to sing in to your account and pay via your credit balance or your linked account.

You can pay in 3 interest-freeinstalments: select PayPal as the payment method and then select the"Pay in 3 instalments" option, if eligible. For any information,please contact PayPal customer support.

On completing your order you will receive e-mail confirmation with your order number and a summary of yourorder.

Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section of MyAccount. 

Scalapay

Se trata de un método de financiación que le permite comprar y recibir los productos inmediatamente pagándolos en 3 cómodos plazos o, para todos los pedidos superiores a 150 euros, pagar en 4 plazos iguales al mes sin intereses.

There are no additionalcharges if the instalments are paid by the due date.

You can pay with Scalapay when making purchases from Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Portugal and Finland.

After confirming your order on the website, you will be redirected toScalapay where you can sign in to your existing profile or create a new one. Once payment is confirmed, the first instalment (corresponding to one third of the total order value) will be charged to your credit card while the two remaining instalments will be charged in the next two months.

Satispay

A payment method that allows you to make smart, secure purchases from our online shop.

After confirming your order on the website, you will be redirected to aSatispay screen with a payment barcode. Simply scan the barcode with your Satispay app to pay and confirm your order.

Bank Transfer

If choosing this method of payment, please follow the following procedure on placing your order (sent to you by e-mail on order confirmation): the reason for payment to be provided for the purposes of the bank transfer must specify the order number, and the bank transfer must be made to the following account:
