Re-Forme s.r.l., sensitive to ethical issues and proper business conduct, has implemented internal systems for reporting violations of laws and its Code of Ethics to enable the emergence of incidents of illegality or irregularities within our Company. What can be reported?

This procedure allows you to report any improper or illegal behaviour by the Company (such as mobbing, violence, harassment, absenteeism, corruption, breach of confidentiality and other illegal acts). The channel can also be used for reports relating to the SA8000 Management System, of any nature, including those relating to child labour, forced or compulsory labour, health and safety at work, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, discrimination, disciplinary practices/abuse and harassment, working hours, remuneration, as well as the management of suppliers and subcontractors and, more generally, compliance with the social responsibility requirements set out in the standard.

Confidentiality

Re-Forme protects the identity of the reporter, who is guaranteed maximum confidentiality, and the channel activated also allows for completely anonymous reporting, provided that it is detailed and specific.
