The website is owned by Re-Forme s.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the Owner or Re-Forme), 

The term “Platform” refers to the website and any associated subdomains.

The term “User” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of these terms of use at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically check for any changes to these terms of use. Continued use of the Platform, even following the publication of changes, shall imply the User’s consent to and acceptance of the changes. Provided these Terms of Use are complied with, the Owner grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited licence to access and use the platform

Only persons aged 18 or over may register on the site and make purchases, and the Platform Owner may suspend accounts where irregularities are detected. These terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy and cookie policy, are written in clear and understandable language; however, should there be any doubts or should the language be too technical, the User may always write to privacy@veralab.it. All products for sale are intended for an adult audience.

1. Content

All text, images, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, graphic elements and computer code (collectively ‘content’), including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, graphic interface and layout of such content within the platform, are owned, controlled or licensed by or to the platform and are protected by laws relating to corporate image, copyright, patents and trademarks, as well as other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. 

All trademarks and distinctive signs appearing on the platform, including those relating to the individual activities carried out by the Owner, are the exclusive property of the Owner or of companies affiliated with it. The Owner has the exclusive right to use the aforementioned trademarks; therefore, any unauthorised, unlicensed and/or unlawful use is strictly prohibited and will result in legal consequences. It is in no way permitted to use these trademarks or any other distinctive signs on the platform to take undue advantage, whether indirectly, of the distinctive character or reputation of the Owner’s trademarks, or in a manner that causes prejudice to the Owners themselves.

Except as expressly provided for in these terms of use, no part of the platform and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including ‘mirroring’) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial purpose, without the prior and express written consent of the Owner.

2. Use of the platform

The use of any “deep links”, “page scraping”, “robots”, “spiders” or any other automated device, programme, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any part of the platform or content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the platform or content, or obtain or attempt to obtain any material, document or information through means not intentionally made available via the platform. The Platform Owner reserves the right to prohibit any such activity.

It is prohibited to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part or functionality of the platform, or to any other system or network connected to the platform or to any server in use, or to any service offered on or through the platform, by using hacking techniques, obtaining passwords or using other unlawful means.

It is prohibited to search for, analyse or test for vulnerabilities in the platform and/or any network connected to it, or to breach the security or authentication measures on the platform or any network connected to it. It is prohibited to track, trace or attempt to trace any information about other users or visitors to the platform, or other customers of the platform, including accounts not owned by the User, at source, or to exploit in any way the platform or any service or information made available or offered through it, for the purpose of revealing information, including personal identification or non-personal information, as provided for by the platform.

You agree not to take any action that may impose an unreasonable or excessive burden on the Platform’s infrastructure or on its systems or networks, or on any system or network connected to the Platform or the Owner.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or any activity conducted on the platform, or with any other User’s use of the platform.

It is prohibited to falsify headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers for the purpose of disguising the origin of messages or the transmission of data sent to or through the platform, or any service offered on or through the platform. It is prohibited to pretend to be, or represent, someone else, or to impersonate any other individual or entity.

It is prohibited to use the platform or any content for purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, or to encourage the commission of unlawful acts or other activities that infringe the rights of the Owner or others.

3. Purchases and other terms and conditions

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific parts or features of the platform, including competitions, promotions or other similar features. All such terms form an integral part of these Terms of Use by reference. You agree to comply with such other terms and conditions, including, where applicable, certifying that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and those required to access a specific part of the platform or any service offered on or through the platform, the latter shall prevail with respect to the use of that specific part of the site or service.

Any obligations of the Owner in relation to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided, and nothing on this platform shall be construed as altering those agreements.

The Owner may make changes to any product or service offered on the platform or to the prices applicable to such products or services, at any time and without notice. 

4. Accounts, passwords and security 

Access to the platform’s restricted area is via personal credentials.

The features or services offered on or through the platform may require the registration of an account (including the creation of a username and password). The User is fully responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of account information, including the password, and for any activity carried out using the account. You agree to notify the Platform Owner immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other security breach. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by the Platform Owner or other users or visitors to the platform in the event that your password or account is used by any person other than yourself.

The use of other users’ nicknames, passwords or accounts is not permitted without the express authorisation and consent of the owner of such passwords or accounts. The Platform Owner cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to comply with these obligations.

5. Privacy

The Owner’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of this website and its terms form an integral part of these terms of use by reference. Please refer to the relevant documents to view the privacy policy and cookie policy.

6. User Obligations and Responsibilities 

By browsing the website, the User undertakes to:

  • not attempt to circumvent the Platform’s security measures or breach the network;

  • not use the Platform for purposes unrelated to it;

  • not engage in any illegal activity in connection with the use of the Platform and its Services;

  • to provide, where requested, truthful, accurate and complete information;

  • upload, to their personal account, an image that does not infringe the rights of third parties and that does not undermine the decorum and dignity of individuals.

Should the User breach the above, they shall be solely liable for any claims – including claims for damages – brought by third parties in relation to the infringement of their rights.

It is understood that, should the User enter incorrect or invalid data into the forms on the Platforms (for example, incorrect email addresses), the Data Controller shall not be liable for any disruption resulting from such incorrect information.
