Re- Formes.r.l., sensitive to ethical issues and to the proper conduct of its business, has implemented internal systems for reporting violations of the law and of its Code of Ethics to allow episodes of unlawfulness or irregularities within our Company to emerge. What can I report?

With this procedure you can report any unfair and illegal behaviour that the Company has engaged in (such as bullying, violence, harassment, absenteeism, bribery, breach of confidentiality and other unlawful acts). Whistleblowing therefore does not cover complaints of a personal nature of the whistleblower. For example, one cannot report an argument, a missed promotion or a non-renewal. 

Who can report?

The procedure is open to anyone who has (or has had) a business (employment and/or collaboration) relationship with the Company. 

Confidentiality

Re-Forms protects the identity of the whistleblower, who is guaranteed complete confidentiality and the channel also allows for anonymous reporting, as long as it is detailed.
